Q. How to clean On Running shoes
A. When your shoes require thorough cleaning, remember to avoid placing them in a washing machine at all costs. To clean your On shoes, start by brushing away any dirt or debris. If washing is necessary, only do so by hand with warm water. It's advisable to minimise the frequency of washing your shoes.
Q. Are On Running shoes true to size?
A. If you're uncertain about your size, you'll find a size chart above to revert to. For Performance Running and Performance Outdoor models, it's generally recommended to choose a size one larger than your regular shoe size. For Japanese sizing, measurements are in centimetres. You can measure your foot by standing barefoot against a wall, adding approximately 1cm to the measured size to estimate the size that suits you.
Q. Are On Running shoes good for flat feet?
A. On shoes are suitable for a range of foot types, including flat feet, fallen arches, hollow feet, and splay feet. The CloudTec® technology is tailored to accommodate each person's distinct gait, ensuring it aligns with individual needs. On shoes cater to all individuals, regardless of their foot type.
Q. Are On Running shoes unisex?
A. The main distinction lies in the fact that men's shoes are crafted with a broader width compared to women's. However, customers have the flexibility to select shoes regardless of gender. In terms of sizing, women's shoes are 1.5 sizes bigger than men's (meaning a men's size 7 translates to a women's 8.5 in US sizes).
