FAQs

Do Jules B take telephone orders?

Unfortunately we cannot place an order or take payments over the phone.

Having problems at the checkout?

First, check over all your address details to make sure everything was entered correctly. Second, enter your payment details again or try a different merchant. Jules B currently accepts, Credit / Debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and ApplePay.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No, you can only use one discount code per transaction.

What is your returns policy?

While we hope you love every purchase, if you’re not satisfied you can contact us within 14 days to advise you’re going to return your order. More information can be found in our returns section HERE.

What size should I purchase?

We stock a lot of different designers and the sizing can differ per garment. You can find a unique size guide on all product pages to help you choose the perfect fit.

Do you ship to my country?

Jules B ships to countries worldwide. Please see our delivery page for specific destinations HERE.

Is my item insured?

Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Jules B to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Do you ship to P.O Box and mail forwarding addresses?

We’re unable to ship to any P.O Box or mail forwarding addresses. Please make sure your order has a residential or work address to avoid your order being cancelled.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase. These local fees are not included in your Jules B invoice. Please check with your local tax office website for more information about international charges.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, we offer a click and collect service at the checkout. Simply select the store you wish to pick your order up from. You can locate your nearest store HERE.
