Q. Are Sorel boots true to size?
A. While the Sorel size chart is dependable, some customers find their boots fit slightly larger. If uncertain, we suggest opting for half a size smaller than your regular shoe size. Keep in mind that Sorel boots are labelled in US sizes, then converted to UK sizes, resulting in slight mismatches.

Q. How to clean Sorel boots
A. Identify the leather type your Sorel boots are made from, then follow the below instructions relevant to the specific leather type used in your shoes.
Waterproof Leather
1. Employ a medium-bristle brush designed for leather cleaning to eliminate dirt, dust, or debris.
2. Gently wipe the shoes with a damp cloth.
3. Allow them to air dry in a cool, dry location.
Oiled / Dry-Tanned Leather
1. Eliminate dirt, dust, or debris using a dry cloth.
2. Apply a small amount of leather cleaner onto a clean cloth and evenly rub it over the shoes.
3. Use a damp cloth to wipe off any remaining residue.
4. Allow the shoes to air dry in a cool, dry area.
Nubuck / Suede
1. Utilise a gentle brush designed for nubuck/suede leather to eliminate dirt, dust, or debris.
